We'll send you an email to confirm when we ship your items. Most medium and large sized orders require a signature upon delivery. If you know you won't be at home, why not consider arranging delivery to your work or a friends address? Yodel latest delivery time is 5pm
Check the packaging for damage and make a note of this when signing. Please only sign as received in good condition if that is actually the case. If the goods have obviously been damaged in transit, please refuse delivery and call us
If you're out when the courier arrives, they will leave a calling card. Please contact the courier directly to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery. If they're still not able to deliver on the third attempt, they may request you collect the order from their depot. Subsequent delivery attempts may require additional payment by the customer.

You may return any item purchased for a full refund, provided it is unopened in its original packaging You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We want to make returning unwanted items to us as easy as possible. 14 Days money back policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Outdoorcampingdirect If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return most items within 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping, handling or other additional charges.
The item must be returned to Outdoorcampingdirect in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit. Please note that Outdoorcampingdirect cannot take back returns of products purchased from other stores.
We can only accept items returned in original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our Distribution Centre.
We offer a standard 3 months warranty period in most of our non-electrical products, and a 1 year statutory manufacturer's warranty in all our electrical products.
If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/colour/product) within 14 days of receiving your order, please complete the returns form and send the products back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our Distribution Centre.
Faulty or Incorrect item delivered
If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping.
If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been dispatched a full refund will be issued, you must phone us immediately (not by email).
Should you wish to cancel goods that have left our Distribution Centre, orders may be subject to a returns charge plus the original delivery charge. Returns charges are usually double the delivery charge, and determined by our courier company.Once known we will inform you of these.
